27th: Consistent with the recommendations of the Iowa Department of Public
Health and the Iowa Board of Medicine and to assist in reducing the spread of
Covid-19, I strongly encourage all Iowans two or older to wear a mask or other
face covering when in public settings, especially in circumstances when it is not
possible to remain six feet away from others outside their household, unless it is
unsafe to do so because of health or disability.While we have not mandated
masks, we asked that you consider complying with this recommendation not only
at school but in all public settings.

spectators. They want to limit the number of fans due to Sioux County's COVID-19

Seniors: Mrs. Schultz needs a vertical pose senior picture for yearbook by
Friday, Oct. 2. Your photographer may also email it to her. If this is the case, please
make sure the picture is in .jpg format. If you cannot meet this deadline, please speak
with Mrs. Schultz as soon as possible.

Seniors: Becky in the office needs a vertical head shot senior picture for the composite
board by Monday, Nov. 2nd. This can be emailed to bschultzen@wcwildcats.org
Seniors: Low on funds for senior pics? Please contact Mrs. Schultz as she has
someone that will help you out by taking your pics for you.
If you are involved in an activity or sport please pay attention to the rSchools schedule
as it is being updated often due to changing requirements in other school districts.
Please also keep an eye on announcements for spectator requirements. Thank you for
your patience and cooperation.
The Western Valley Conference will be requiring the wearing of a face covering
by all spectators in attendance at our facilities at all levels. Collectively, we want
our students to have the opportunity to play and compete for an entire season in
a safe and healthy environment.

JV FB @ West Monona -6:00
Tuesday: MS FB @ Mapleton -4:00
Thursday: MS VB @ Bronson -4:00

XC @ Mapleton -4:30
V VB @ Storm Lake -Varsity will begin at 6:00 with JV to follow.: Masks
required. Social distance. Players will also need masks when sitting on the bench.

Friday: V FB @ Logan -7:00 Bleacher seating will be limited. Fans can bring chairs
and allowed access to their end zone. Social distancing and masks suggested.
Saturday: V VB WVC Tourney @ Westwood -9:00 (court 2)
Spectators will be limited at the conference volleyball tournament. Tickets will be required and
collected at the gate along with a $5.00 admission fee for both adults and students. Children age 4 and
under will be admitted free and will not need a ticket. Spectators are required to wear a face covering at
all times at volleyball matches.
